We have been in the process of retransmission negotiations with local broadcasters and based on the new rates we have to pay them, have had to raise our cable rates accordingly.

Unfortunately, due to the new parent company of ch 3 not wanting to negotiate in good faith, we have eliminated this channel from our system effective January 1, 2012. This channel will be used for other quality programming in the future.

Join us in writing our congressmen about these rate increases imposed on the cable industry by the broadcasters. This Retransmission Law was passed by Congress 20 years ago to protect the viewer, and has been used by the broadcasters as a revenue producer for themselves.

This rate increase does not affect upgrades to digital or your internet account.
